When I was 13 I called my Mother one day during spring break and said, "Mom I'm hungry". She promptly replied, "I'm at work, figure it out". That day began my adventures in the kitchen. I went to the cabinet pulled out the flour and other "stuff" and began cooking. 30 years later I'm still cooking the same way. Most of my recipes are accidents or trial and error experiments.
